Star Wars: Scatterstar
"Execute order 66"
With those simple words, myriad Jedi and Padawans had fallen under the trigger of a blaster. They were all but purged from the galaxy. Survivors, desperate to live on hid, in exile and scattered to distant, remote planets. The Galactic Senate had crumbled, giving way to the Empire.

But balance must return to the Force, and secretly, Jedi are roaming the galaxy to find Padawans, a new generation to train in the ways of the light side of the Force. A rebellion is forming and those once undiscovered in the Wild Space and the Unexplored Sector are now making their voices heard.

ScatterStar is a Star Wars crossover forum based RPG set in the 26th century and takes place between Episode III and Episode IV. Ever wanted a Vulcan Jedi? A Klingon with a BFG 9000? A Roswell Grey Sith? A Yautja bounty-hunter who collects the lightsabers of his kills? A Wookie ensign in Star Fleet? In ScatterStar, all this and more can be possible.

He hastily made his way down the corridor of Imperial Intelligence’s headquarters. It didn’t do to leave a superior officer waiting, especially one so highly ranked as the Minister of Intelligence. Glimpses through the windows showed a possible storm brewing upon the horizon. Rashi didn’t spare a moment’s thought about whether or not another shipment would be delayed due to weather like yesterday. Such thoughts were beneath his standing. A topic such as that was more attune to the Hangermaster and the barges pilot and crew. The only concern he had was the ship’s cargo. He’d gathered from one of his local contacts that the barge was carrying political prisoners. This ‘shipment’ would be sold into slavery, most likely to one hutt or another. Rashi didn’t like the concept of this alien trash littering his beloved home of Dromund Kaas. If they’d just acknowledge the superior human race, then things like this wouldn’t have to happen.

The young Intelligence Agent rounded the corner, and entered into the Central Intelligence Hub. He was greeted by the soft hum of the computers. The glowing monitors each had a single ‘Watcher’ at work decoding messages sent from the Agents currently in the field. An older man stood upon a dais toward the room’s center. The man was carefully reviewing some readouts from a large holographic map that seemed to detail a large space station. Rashi walked up and stood at the foot of the dais, quickly jumping into attention. “Sir!”

The man was dressed in the black and deep blue uniform of an Imperial Intelligence officer. He had dark hair and even darker eyes. The Minister of Intelligence looked like he could coldly give the order to end an Agents life and still sleep soundly. In fact, Rashi didn’t doubt the man did just that to badly compromised agents. The ones that screwed up badly enough were of no use to the Empire, merely casualties to the dance of war. “Ahh… Agent 591…” He eyed a handheld holographic pad. “…Rashi was it?” The Minister carefully looked over the young Agent who stood before him. “It has been decided that you will serve your first mission.”

Finally the time had come to prove his worth. It’s the moment Rashi had been dreaming of since he was personally chosen at the age of 6 for enrollment at the Intelligence Academy. He’d suffered tests of all kinds, IQ, cunning, and endurance. He’d had been put into situations where he needed to lie and deceive in order to survive. All of this training cumulated toward being abandoned in a foreign planet at the edge of Republic space, an area that stubbornly refused the rule of the miraculous Empire.  There he was forced to use all of his training and skill, enduring the filth until the appropriate time for his ticket off that god forsaken land finally arrived. “Sir!”

The Minister closely examined ‘Agent 591’. Personally he didn’t see anything special about the boy. Why give someone so young and inexperienced such an important task? But alas, who was he to argue with the Sith? The Dark council tells Intelligence to jump, every agent better jump. Minister or not, he was not above that rule. He coughed, silently cursing the flowers that were undoubtedly in bloom. “Agent, your mission is an important one. If successful, it will lead to the eradication of the Jedi Scum, leaving the Empire free to sweep up this little Rebellion.” He paced before the boy. “Normally we allow Agents the option to decline a mission. However…” He stopped before Rashi, overshadowing the boy with the aid of his own height and added height of the dais. “You have been specifically… requested for this job by the Dark Council themselves.”

Rashi’s curiosity peaked, causing him to almost speak out of turn. Instead he remained in place, inwardly fidgeting. Why would the Sith request him? What sort of job would require the use of an unfielded Agent? It wasn’t as if there weren’t a multitude of tried and tested Agents out there after all! Instead of voicing his questions he chose the affirmative. “Sir!” He was beginning to feel like a jammed holo-projector, but there was nothing to it.

The Minister narrowed his eyes at the boy. “Agent 591. From now on you are Kael Kulor. You will answer to ‘Hawk’ when dealing with Imperial Intelligence Command. Additional information on your new identity is contained within this Holoscreen.” The Minister casually held out the Pad he was holding toward the boy in such a way that the youngster was forced to take a step up the dais then step back down again. “I suggest you study it. You cannot risk a single mistake in this mission. This may be our only chance to rid ourselves of those Jedi pests.” The Minister turned his back on Hawk, a sinister smile played across the man’s face as he looked at the Holographic Map. “You are dismissed.”

Kael saluted and turned to leave. Before he had the chance to take a step however, the Minister had some parting words. “Oh, and be ready. Your mission will begin with a crash.”

Credit Count:

Skill and Equipment
Equipment: Mother's Flower Pin: A secret gadget that's encased within a cheap metallic flower-pin covering (serves as an non-holographic communication device to his superiors);

Technique(s)/Abilities: Verbal Accent Changing; Force Sensitive (unbeknown to him); Blaster Usage; Computer Hacking;
((The following is for a later date since force sensitives tend to have a specially honed skill. Empathy would be his.))
Empathy: ('Force skill' that arrives from his intense emotional control and perception from the hands of the Imperial Intelligence Agency) Pro: This is what allows him to instinctively verbally manipulate a situation Con: Opens him to easy subconscious emotional manipulation when someone around him has a particularly strong emotion (Also as of the time of writing this, doesn't realize he's being manipulated if he is);
Weapon(s): Beat up, old Blaster (a memento from his Cover Story's 'Father')
Racial Bonus: Imperial Human: Intelligence

Anything else?:

Everyone should take notes from how amazingly thorough this is. I love it.

Feel free to post in any of the Acts to the Episodes you feel apply to your character.

Approved, but I have one small request. Please try not to use a searing font colour on your posts. If you want to make dialog stand out, please bold it or choose less blaring colours. Your green was fine, for example.

Welcome aboard!
